Composition on hotel business and rent
If a taxpayer is registered under composition scheme for a restaurant business and now he also have a rental income how can we assertain the turnover and applicable tax rate??

As per composition scheme u can provide other services eg rental upto 10% of turnover or 5 lakhs which ever is higher above this u have to convert in normal scheme
