is hsn2309 cattle feed husk comes under exempt good or not?
does a trader in composition scheme has to pay tax on turnover of it or not ?

It's exempted, but a composite trader is he liable to pay tax on it or not

Not it is not required because it allowed under section 10

But exempt sales has to be report under annual return sir .(gstr -9a)?
