A: YES
Q: if yes then how and on what rate ?
A: PURCHASE DIRECT FROM DEALER AND TAX RATE AS PER CGST ACT
Q: how tax liability will be calculated .
A: IGST AS PER COMPOSITETION CGST RATE 1%/2%/5%

(i know . that composition dealer will pay 1,2,5pert but my query was , tax rate on purchase will be same rate or consessional rate . )
tax rate on purchase will be norwal rate and but not itc avail and if inward from URD RCM applicable (hold RCM up to 31.3.18)
