i am a composite dealer in chhattisgarh. i purchased goods of ra 2 lakhs from delhi and told them to bill me and deliver goods to madhyapradesh to my customer. is that a inter state supply for me?
how much penalty will be levied to me ?

rocky sir ,yes it is inter state supply b/w you (delhi)and customer(m.p) igst is levied .as u are composite dealer , inter state sales are restricted

You are composit dealer & As per section 10 (2) CGST Act you cannot sale Interstae , hence no more to be continue with Composit dealer .
File CMP 04 , withdraw from composit dealer within the 7 days & issue the Tax Invoice for same pay tax as regular dealer
