agar composite dealer kisi dusare composite dealer ko mal bechata hai to kisi ko koi tax liability banati hai ?

but, dusare dealer ko koi reverse charge pay karana padata he kya ?

RCM is applicable when purchased from unregistered.

The seller composite dealer has to pay tax as normal quarterly.

There is no impact on buyer composite dealer.

No sir....

The composite dealer cannot pass the credit, so the customer cannot take the credit...

No Credit when purchased under Composition scheme.

No RCM when purchased from Composition Scheme dealer. RCM only when purchased fron Unregistered dealers.

Pay tax @ 1% as output tax on sales.

In composition scheme Tax @ 1% is payable on turnover As value of tax free goods is also considered in it
