if a composit dealer issued a tax invoice and he collected tax then how we solve the problem

I also faced the same problem with one of my client. In that case we discussed the problem with the buyer and since the return was not filed by either of them so cancelled the tax invoice and issued a fresh bill of supply with the same amount as in tax invoice.

Actually the purchasing dealer upload his 3b to the particular month
do an amendment in next month 3b
