Hello Everyone
I am stucked with a query from a prospective client regarding the compliances of the Companies Act. I am explaining the scenario below :
Say Mr X and Mr Y started a company in 2015 and both were the directors in the company but unfortunately business didn't went as expected and they didn't comply with the returns and other compliances even till the 2021. And company is now dormant and Now Mr X wants to Start another company and wants to remove himself from the previous directorship and to become a director in the new company. So anybody can provide me the direction how to comply such critical matter?

Check firstly he was disqualified or not from mca portal..inbox the details
First of all if the defaultant company has not filed Financial Statements or Annual returns for any 3 consecutive financial years then all the directors presently holding directorship shall b disqualified for a period of 5 years but shall not vacate such office.
Also such directors shall also b disqualified to b appointed as directors in any other company.
