You first fill and submit the form. After considering the merits of your reply and nature of your violations RoC will issue SCN. Meanwhile you visit the RoC office and ask for help in this matter. You can also take the help of Practicing Company Secretaries, as these people are familiar with the RoC.

i have handled one of the same case where our client company had not been showned the reasons for not spending in the Board Report. I have filed that Call for Information stated that the reasons for unspent amount is not finding the particular activities as per schedule.And the same is been recorded.

No objection is been recieved from the ROC. Meanwhile you can visit there for further clarification.

Thanks for the reply. I wanted to know when did you handled the said case. As in recent past many of the Companies had received this notice.
