Compliance certificate - form 66

Original Scanned copy of compliance Certificate is to be filed with Form 66. And this copy should be duly signed by the Practicing Company Secretary.

As long as the name and CP no. of PCS is displayed at the end of the CC, i think form 66 will be valid in the books of ROC.

Last year I had filed form 66 using SD on the CC. But this year, i am told that only balance sheet and schedules are allowed to be done like that and CC must be signed and scanned to PDF format and attached to Form 66 before filing..,
