Dear frnds plz tell me, can any CS having his CP number is an emplyoee of the CS firm, sign compliance certificate in the name of the respective CS firm ???
Or he need to sign compliance certificate in his own name???

If he is the partner of the CS Firm then he need to sign on the Certificate as Partner of such firm with his membership details.
He is not a partner of the firm. He just an employee of the firm. But he is having a CP number too. in tht case can he sign compliance certificate in the name of firm ??
No, this means it is his own assignment, in this case he must have his own firm, he need to sign as proprieter of his own firm.
