I am an CA article, having passed both CA Final groups. But my articleship is still pending till 06 Oct 2008,
But since I have taken only 30 leaves in my entire articleship, I want to know, whether this articleship can be legally completed using the balance leave period at an earlier date, or will the articleship be completed as per the deed on 06 Oct 2008 only. Please reply urgently.

I think for this type of matter you consult to ICAI.
I think that you can take leave now for the rest of ur eligible leave but the exact date of ur termination of articles will still be only the date exactly 3 yrs from the date of registration. (the adjustment can be only taken as a leave, it cannot b taken as part of articleship)
yar how is it possible u took only 30 days of leave.........how u managed for ur final exams
