Completion of articleship
I had completed my articleship on 08-02-2018 and my principal has written total leave of 210 days. Now i want to serve my extension under another principal. Please help me for the period of extension and the forms which i had to submit now.

30 days extension and supplementary deed in form 107.
form 103 in case you want to serve under new employer .
How 30 days.(365*3=1095,1095-210=885,885/6=147, So extension is 210-147=63 days)
365×3=1095/6=182 days you were entitled you took 210 leaves therefore excess leaves is 210-182 =28
or you can visit icai vishwas nagar they will help
