Completion of articleship

Hi,

My Articleship is just Completed. After  Registration of A'ship Assistant. I Received Letter From ICAI Demanding Copy of ITT Certificate. But I forgot To Send This Certificate and due to that I Hadnt Received Reg. letter as an Article.

Now My Articlehip is Completed As 25th Feb 2015. With form no. 108 Copy of Reg. Letter is Also To Be Sent...

Can I Send Copy of Demandind Letter and Copy of ITT Certificate, With Form No.108??

or Should i Do Anything else??
