Dear Friends,
To calculate Bonus eligibility, I have to find out the number of years of Service for following categories:
1. Service Recokned as on 31 Mar 11 - Category #1
2. Service Recokned as on 30 Sep 11 - Category #2 (for employees who joined on or after Sep 10)
Criteria Number 1: Persons who have completed more than 1year are eligible for full bonus
Criteria Number 2: Persons in category#2 should have joined after SEp 2009 and should have completed 6 months to 1 year of service @ 30 Sep 2010 so that I can give them a consolidated bonus
Care should be taken that employees who have completed more than 1 year @ 30 Sep 10 should not appear in Category#2, as they will find place in Category#1
