First aim CMA as u can get exemption as per ICSI and ICMAI reciprocal arrangement. Also CMA can be completed within 2 years unlike CA. But if u have any dream of starting Audit firm in future then u can ponder over it. But remember one thing, the Blockchain technology could hamper the revenue per client as audit work can be done with less no.of staff and less working hours required to conduct the audit on 100 % data efficiently

So be practical while choosing the career path. Don't just by the craze or your interest, u should also predict the market for your course whether it will reach saturation due to the disruptive technologies or simplified compliances.

Suggest you first join  CMA as  you will get exemption in some papers. Also you can join in CA if you are interested. Dont' think that so many people failed in CA. Just think that so many people are here as CA. Same like so many people failed in CS where as you have passed CS.
