If you overuse a machine it will result into breakdown only & instead of rise in productivity the output will come down. Use appropriate medication wherever required instead of forcing someone to enter into competition.

True, if you are dedicated to something competition is not a motivating factor there to excel.
Unity Vs Competition, Communism Vs Capitalism USSR Vs USA the biggest war of ideology. I believe that there should be a spirit of unity even in competition atleast among citizens of same country.
Many believes that it's only competition which motivates to do something or improves performance, due to this theory such peoples forces two peoples to compete with each other, though healthy competition is necessary but it's not competition always which motivates.
