Competition is not a fuel, don't use it everywhere

True, if you are dedicated to something competition is not a motivating factor there to excel.

Many believes that it's only competition which motivates to do something or improves performance, due to this theory such peoples forces two peoples to compete with each other, though healthy competition is necessary but it's not competition always which motivates.
