I would like to know the differences between the corporate law that is followed in the US and in India. I am seeking an answer that provides a detailed comparison, like for instance, what is their equivalent of Chapter 7 (MGT and ADMIN) in the Companies Act, 2013 and how does it differ from the provisions in our law, to what extent their compliance requirements are (whether they are more stringent or lenient in comparison with us).
