Company vs retail

One of the company is into high end launderite and doing washing for five star hotels and hospitals. The company is under GST and paying so. The company goes on to expansion under its brand name with retail outlets at various parts of the city. The end customer are individuals and none of them come under GST, my doubts are as follows

  1. Whether retail outlet need to charge GST as that of the company for the service what they are doing to individuals ?
  2. Is there any other method where in we can keep the retail outlets seperate from the company.

Experts may please help me out. Thanks
