Can a facility management pvt ltd company makes different business in different name. For example ABC facility management pvt ltd company is registered. Now company wants to start the business of consultancy, trading of any items and any other type. Can we create the separate unit like ABC consultancy ( A unit ot ABC Facility management pvt ltd) & ABC printers ( A unit of ABC Facility management pvt ltd) All the types are alreyad mentioned in the objects of company.
We need to open separate bank account for every unit or a single account in the name of ABC Facility management pvt ltd can be opened.
Can anybody confirm the good procedure to operate all the things.
