How to change the status of the Company from "Under process of striking off" to "Active". The Company is pvt. ltd and all its annual filings has been updated. Pls reply the procedure to be followed and whether F-61 under other category we can file application to activate the status? How much time it will take and what should be the professional fees for such assignment.

In this case, we need to follow the process of updating the Master Data.
Talk to the concerned ROC and act accordingly.
Hi, as per my view, Kindly see the status carefully, As this status occur only when a notice under section 560 (3) has been generated by Roc, either suo moto or on an application.
Means after some time, even the notice under section 560 (5) will also be genearted. Confirm from concerned Roc that how it got happend. as after final notice, revival can be done only through court.
i filed annual return up to 31.03.2015. in the year feb 2016. but the company's status is shoiwng "under processof strike off"
