1. My client has a Private Ltd Company. I have to apply trademark for a company. What documents are required ....? 2. Suppose If wordmark is already registered as XYZ and we want to apply workmark XYZ but our design is different. Will we be able to get that wordmark (XYZ) registered...? 3. Our Trademark is XYZ along with Punch line "quality you need " Should I apply for wordmark XYZ or XYZ quality you need ....?

hi, i just put an application for my trademark to be registered and i found out that there is an objection raised in 99% of cases.
you should be able to put across your case effectively and convince the registrar that your trademark is different.
