Dear All,
My company is un listed public company. Can it give a sum of rs. 25 lacs to relative of its director in any form. ( relative is employee of a company and is receiving rs. 35k as monthly remuneration).
Kindly suggest.

Normally it will be restricted u/s 185 of CA 2013.however, since he is an employee, make it as a part of conditions of service extended by the company to all its employees.............
