Dear all,
1) Can a combination of persons form a Society, say individuals and a company?
2) If so, who on behalf of the company will subscribe to the MOA of the Society registered under Societies Registration Act

A company can be a member/subscriber of a society along with individuals. To do this, the company must authorize a representative via a Board Resolution, and that representative will sign the MOA on the company's behalf.
