A Pvt Ltd company was incorporated on 20.11.1997, due to some problem the management was unable to file Annual return since 2006 but the company was doing their business. Now present status in master data showing "Strke Off". Please guide me how to "Active" the status again. The management is ready to file all pending annual return alongwith forms to activate this company.
