Company secretary liable to sign balance sheet
If in board meeting it was decided that only two director of the company sign the balance sheet and according to that resolution is also passed and form mgt-14 also filled then cfo and CS of the Company should sign or not???

Company is listed then it is compulsory to sign of CS and company is a private then it is not compulsory to sign of CS
