As Per Companies Act Every listed Company and Every other Company having paid up Share Capital Rs 5 Crore OR More has to appoint Whole Time Company Secretary
Whether Company is Private Limited or A Pubic limited If Paid Up Share Capital is 5 Cr. or more Has to Appoint CS
