I am Prativa. I am not sure if I am putting my question in right place. But if anyone knows the answer, kindly help me.
I have already a company registerd named "XYZ pvt Ltd". Now i want to open 1 more company named "ABC Institutions". Can I subregister "ABC Institution" under "XYZ Pvt Ltd"? If so what are the procedure?
there is no concept of subregister of company. ya what you can do is you can incorprate company, make your XYZ as holding company of ABC institution.
