Company owned car deprecation deduction while leaving company

Hi, I have taken a car from my existing company in the month of April'15. This car was owned by the company. Now this year i am moving on and i will like to know the deprecation cost benefit. if the company is not giving the benefit then what is the way out on the same.

Is the car in the name of the company or has the company transferred the ownership in your name?
