Please let me know if a company has changed its name some where during the month of MAY, 2011 what name should be given in the financial statements of the company for the year ending 31-03-2011. If the report is given somewhere after the month of may.
The Reports should be prepared in the New Name and for clearity you may write after new name
(formally known as ____) so that there wouldn't be any confusion.
You also require to get changes of new name in all bank accounts, licences, memberships etc .
