A Private Limited Company was incorporated in the state of Kerala with the main object of owning and operating agricultural, horticultural, diary farms.
However, the Company could not acquire the land identified for setting up the farms due to implications of kasthurirangan Report. Moreover, the possibility of acquiring a land suitable for the purpose is also not certain in the immediate future. Therefore, the promoter directors who are basically engineers in different streams having 3 decades of work experience in the Gulf Countries would like to undertake construction works in Kerala adding construction among other objects of the Company.
Now, how to enable the new company to undertake construction works at a time when the main object of undertaking farming works has got stalled for the while.
