should i study Rules for INTER exam or understand concept of Rules only

sir so i need not to memory rules like provision understand the concept is enough for me ,i am right sir
mention section number and rules in exam only if u are 100 percent sure.
or else just mention, as per applicable provisiona of the co. act 2013, and then explain the provision.
