Does anybody can provide resolution of unregistered companies in case of Chapter XXI (Part I) Companies required as an attachment for Form INC-1?

Form INC-1 is for the reservation of name of the Company. As per my knowledge it does not requires any kind of resolution as you are filing this form for reservation of name for incorporation of a new company.
