Hi,
I want to Know whether Schedule XIII of Companies Act is applicable on both Private and Public Company or only on Public Company. If Private Company appoints Managing Director, it needs to file Form 25C within 90 days as required by the Public Company?

Schedule XIII is contained in the companies act and not the Public Companies Act. Hence, Schedule XIII is applicable to both the Public & the Private companies.
