Hi,
Private limited company with two foreign directors who do not have a DSC encoded with PAN, wishes to e-file the ITR by authorising a person to file on its behalf - with power of attorney.
Is it possible? if yes please provide the specific legal reference.

Board resolution is required to pass for authorizing another person to file ITR.
