Form should be resubmitted by 20/06/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956) |

My Query is
1.) Whether there is change in subscriber's page format (what does merchant indicates).
2.) Whether I would have to upload Form 1 for resubmission.
