Thank you Sir. If I understood well, I should upgrade from registered user to professional user, correct?

In fact, i prepared all the documents and paid all the fees in v2 portal. but due to the wrong file upload in SpiceB form (instead of the electricity bill, I upload some other document), i was asked to resubmit the documents (remarks was to upload the electricity bill). by the time, it shifted to new v3 portall for all the 53 forms.

Now after upgrading to the business user, in my application area, the resubmission documents are not showing at all. Raised complaint in MCA portal, but the solution provided a number of times not resolving.
