Dear Sir / Madam, While doing the Incorporation of a company, In AGILE form we have chosen "OPTION NO" due to this GST, PF and ESIC registration has not been done, however we have got the Incorporation certificate Now My Question:- 1) shall we does the registration for all three acts after we does the incorporation? 2) If so, I am trying to update the 15th Point in Agile form "Select Appropriate Branch Office" it is not working. Please help me to fix this issue experts.

@ Krishna Sir, there is an Exclusive forum of CAclubindia regarding Companies Act 2013 which is available in the Google Play Store. You can download that application and post your query there. You may get more technical experts there.

It's just a suggestion.

Meanwhile you can wait for the Members/Experts comment of this Group.
