At the time of Name approval we selected registered office at rajasthan. Now at the time of Form 2 we want to change registered office from Rajasthan to Maharastra. What shpuld we do.

Inform the ROC to Cancel the RCN or can submit fresh form 1 with a letter to ROC informing the situation or wait till the completion of the Registration.
do you file your memorandum and articles to the roc???
if you do so then you should alter your memorandum complying the provisions of sec 13 by passing special resolution and take approval of the central govt.
