Company incorporated on feb 2019 audit and itr

A company incorporated on Jan 2019 

 Stat audit will be done for 15th Month Financial Statements Ending on 31-03-2020

ITR for Jan 2019 to 31-03-2019 have to File before 31 Sept 2019

But For FY 2019-2020 ITR will be filed from 1-4-2019 to 31-03-2020 and Audited FInancial STatment available will be for 15 month

So my querry is for FY 2019-20 Balance sheet and Pl data will be filed for 12 months or 15 months
