A Company Incorparated in March,16.Not opnened even in April,16
Query:-
1.Whether We need to File MGT-7/AOC-4 return ,even there is no Share Capital,no meetings.
2.File ITR.

your first financial year is March 2016 to March 2017
so you are not required to file aoc 4 and Mgt 7 now ..... you are required to file those forms next year whether you done business or not
