While filing INC 29 (company formation form), I want to enter the details of the shareholder who is not the director of the proposed company. However, while filing the row against 'Number of individual first subscriber(s) other than subscriber cum director' as '1', there is no space for entering the details of the said shareholder.
Where do we enter the details of the shareholder namely Name. PAN, No. of shares held etc who is not a director in INC 29?
