I run an online ecommerce store and I am about to register my company in Delaware, USA due to easy regulatories and less tax burden. I wanted to know if I can get bank loans from Indian banks and if yes what are the criteria that I would need to fulfill? Thanks.
But i donot think the complexities are muh more in India even for formation of company. The legal formalities for company incorporations are now even completed in less than a week even in India and you get the certificate for that one.
