Could anyone clarify that company bill 2009 will be applicable for May'10 examination? And is there any substantial changes to Act when compared to the existing Act?

Yes substantial changes are there.
As far as applicability to May'10 examination is concerned well i am really hopeful about its applicability. I would advise you to give a simple reading to it and prepare yourself mentally to deal with company bill 2009 for exam.
