Download from above link new balance sheet format with linked formula along with other company documents for ROC filing for directors. 
Please do not move, delete or rename any sheets. Required Excel-2007 or higher version and for automation to work open this file with enabled this contents.

Quick Summary
New Excel based Company Balance Sheet format shared for ROC filing with linked formulas and automation features. Includes supporting company documents. Users advised not to rename, delete or move sheets and to open in Excel 2007+ with macros enabled.
