If any company wants to be a partner in a partnership firm, is it necessary to change object clause of the company????
Please tell me the whole procedure of it.

No its not necessary to change the object clause of the Company ,if Company wants to be partner in partnership firm
Subject to condition expanding the existing business of the Company ,not ultra -virus to Memorandium of Association of the Company
