No ....the Government will notify the applicable dates by a notification in the Official Gazette...therein the applicable dates will be mentioned..
agree with Vandana Mam.... infact, company rules are pending on the Govt. and some major clarifications e.g. One man company etc...... So, wait for a while... it will be notified.. then, it will be applicable on all companies... not as of now...
