Ya i think we can take advantage of this oppurtunity...

It is definetly good for us. It increases the scope of CS. CG may appoint CA, CWA and even CS as company liquidator, Iplementation of Secretarial Standards, Secretarial Audit Report for certain prescribed class of Companies by CS. Further there is increase of amount a person is required to pay to propose his candidature as director of the Company which provides great relaxation to us.

Can any body give me sailent features of the companies bill 2011 as passed by Lok sabha on 18/12/12

Ya u r absoulutely right Ms. Sneha...This is surely gonna benefit us...

But at the same time we have spend hours in reading new provisions.

This is good news . But I think in june 2013 exam it will not applicable. 

Has the Companies Bill 2011 been approved in Lok Sabha....if yes please give us the source or link

Thanks a lot Snehaji for the reply....it is approved in the Lok Sabha....then it will go to Rajya sabha and then lastly to the President...I guess it will take some more time to be completely passed....

yes,the new companies bill is pass on lok shabh.itcom bill generally highlight indepent director,more trancprncy in operation of companies and appoint CA CS and more professioinal to appoint to take care of investors and public .
