Companies act, 2013 - loan given to unrelated party

As per Companies Act, 2013 : Can Private Limited Company give loan to unrelated party(not a Director/ Shareholder/ Employees etc.) within the limit as prescribed in Caompanies Act 2013.

Please consider it as an urgent!

Yes , subject to the provisions of section 179 and 186.
