My query
The name of the company is approved by the Roc. But The Roc rejected the form on the basis that the MOA and AOA is not as per the Companies Act,2013.
Now the e-forms have changed.
whether I should again apply for name availability in form INC-1 and pay the requisite fee. or there can be some other measure?
Considering your case, the new forms which has been introduced by the ministry wef 28th April, 2014 is altogether new for we all professional brothers.
In this trial & error situation, try to File Form INC 7, with SRN of Form 1A, if system is accepting the same, you are not supposed to make fresh name applicaiton,
But one this sure, Incorporation process will be as per new Act, 2013 considering section 7.
