Does the New Companies Act, provide any change in the provisions with repect to Managing Director's remuneration??

Dear Prerana, Yes,. the act does have certain chages such as benchmarking of the salary to that of the employees in general etc. are you asking about the calculation part of the remuneration???

I desire to know what kind of changes have been provided for in the new Act.. I also need to know is the calculation part same as it was before, for calculating the remuneration to be payable to the Managing Director..?
