Yes,. the act does have certain chages such as benchmarking of the salary to that of the employees in general etc.
are you asking about the calculation part of the remuneration???
I desire to know what kind of changes have been provided for in the new Act.. I also need to know is the calculation part same as it was before, for calculating the remuneration to be payable to the Managing Director..?
